		<description><![CDATA[I never really thought of vitamin K as something we need to concern ourselves about, either. All the other benefits - iron, fibre, etc - are much needed... but vitamin K is a bonus. :)

Kale is so versatile and is lovely for soups since it doesn&#039;t wilt into nothingness.]]></description>
