What can I say, but I have been gravitating to homely, comforting dishes over the past few weeks. Casseroles have been coming out of my oven like no tomorrow and this has been one of my favourites. Not only because it tastes great (not sure why, but the tofu-hummus-cauliflower concoction tastes like ricotta cheese) but also because it is fairly easy. Japanese Edamame and Arame Salad
In Appetizers, Salads on February 13, 2016 at 8:18 AMRob was really nice about getting me a new laptop to replace my dying desktop computer. The only problem was the new device had less storage than my old computer. I used to keep my all food photos on my hard drive, but now they are harder to locate on an external device.
